Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy sets the terms for refunds of Qrenox subscriptions and is read with the terms of service. It does not limit any mandatory right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Trial

The trial lasts 14 days, is fully free and requires no upfront payment. No financial refund can therefore be requested for the free period.

3. Conditions

Sending or receiving a message, processing or confirming an order, or meaningful use of a platform or AI feature constitutes use. Partial use excludes a refund, subject to mandatory rights.

4. Mid-cycle cancellation

Renewal can be stopped at any time and access remains until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund right unless the seven-day window applies or law requires otherwise.

5. Outages and third-party fees

Fees paid directly to third parties are outside this policy. For an interruption covered by the SLA, the contractual remedy is cancellation for the next period; Qrenox may add usage credits as a goodwill measure, without a cash-refund obligation or admission of liability, subject to mandatory rights.

6. When a request is declined

• Request submitted after seven days.
• Any partial use, subject to mandatory rights.
• Suspension or termination for breach of the terms or a third party’s rules.
• Fees Qrenox did not collect.

7. Procedure

1. Email contact@qrenox.com with the account, payment date and reason.
2. We generally review eligibility within five business days.
3. Once approved, the amount is returned through the original payment method within 14 days, after non-recoverable fees.
4. If declined, we explain why in writing.

8. Payment methods and contact
